Job Description Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Understand client needs and anticipate future needs. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop strategic plans to manage account portfolios and maximize sales. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to craft bespoke offers for clients. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Market and Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities. Understand the technical details of electromechanical products and their applications. Provide clients with product insights and updates to aid their operations. Account Growth: Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts. Cross-sell and upsell products to expand business. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. Problem Resolution: Quickly resolve issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust. Work closely with customer service and product teams to ensure client needs are met.
