You understand the value and importance of IT to an organisation and can demonstrate the ability to analyse complex challenges to identify and implement a solution. You are well-organised, reliable and thrive working autonomously or in a team environment.Requirements

Superior knowledge of:

Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud platform
MS Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
Active Directory & Entra ID
Windows 10/11 and Office Suite
Managed endpoints lifecycle using Microsoft Intune
Developed RBAC policies
Exceptional time management and organisation skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a large team
Excellent professional communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues

Desirable Skills and Experience:

Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
Proficient in Powershell scripting for automating IT tasks
Create custom winget packages or PSAppDeploy
Configure profiles on Intune with a focus of device compliance
Additional Technologies:

Veeam Backup and Replication
Windows Autopilot and ESP provisioning
Modern App Packaging and deployment
Microsoft Azure Intune Administration
Patch Management Tools
Microsoft Certified
