You will work on the front lines with our Sales, RevOps, and CS leaders to bridge the gap between frontier AI capabilities and high-impact, revenue-driving applications. You will be responsible for deconstructing complex business friction and rapidly engineering the intelligent systems that solve it.You'll move quickly from prototype to production, and your work will directly shape how thousands of sellers and customer success engineers experience AI in the field. This role is ideal for engineers who want to be close to users, own end-to-end outcomes, and help define entirely new categories of enterprise GTM software.ResponsibilitiesHands-On Execution: Design and ship production-grade AI solutions tailored for high-velocity GTM motions, moving from ambiguous business problems to functional prototypes within 1 2 week sprint cycles.Process Discovery: Embed directly with Sales, Service, and RevOps leaders to identify and deconstruct high-friction manual workflows ripe for AI-driven transformation.Strategic Integration: Architect the connection between our AI capabilities and the GTM stack (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach) with a "Golden Record" mindset - ensuring data integrity and trust at scale.Build AI Agents & Workflows: Design and deploy AI agents that optimize account research, reduce manual data entry, surface expansion signals, and enhance seller personalization.ROI Translation: Translate technical capabilities into business-outcome-driven metrics.
