Lead SAP S/4HANA Greenfield and Global Rollout projects, managing delivery across large teams (50+ FTEs).
Engage directly with clients in strategic and operational discussions, ensuring alignment and successful outcomes.
Oversee full project lifecycle-planning, execution, monitoring-while maintaining timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions across FICO, O2C, P2P, MM, WM, and EWM.
Drive stakeholder communication, reporting, and escalation management in high-pressure environments.

Your Profile

9+ years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in project/program management and 3 years in delivery leadership.
Strong functional background in SAP (FICO, O2C, P2P, MM, WM, EWM); technical profiles (ABAP, Basis, etc.) not considered.
Proven international exposure (2+ years) and experience in client-facing roles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and complex engagements.
Skilled in identifying risks, driving resolutions, and ensuring quality delivery under pressure.
