Collaborate with the PowerBI development team to understand data requirements and visualization objectives for various client projects. Research, design, and develop machine learning models and algorithms that complement and enhance data analysis in PowerBI dashboards. Implement data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques to optimize machine learning model performance. Utilize various machine learning libraries and frameworks to build predictive models, clustering algorithms, classification models, and other AI-driven components. Evaluate and fine-tune machine learning models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and efficiency. Work with large datasets and databases to extract, transform, and load data for AI and ML purposes. Assist in data cleaning and data quality improvement processes to ensure high-quality input for machine learning models. Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and other team members to enhance the overall analytics capabilities of the organization. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science to contribute innovative ideas and best practices. Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to foster a collaborative work environment Compliance to ISO Requirements, company rules regulations, applicable codes etc. Other duties as assigned. Education Experience Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields. A Masters degree is a plus. 5+ years of experience experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), Power BI, DAX, Snowflake, databases (Oracle, SQL, mySQL etc), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks). 3+ years of experience in machine learning techniques, algorithms, and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). 3+ years experience in programming languages like Python and R. Understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis techniques is a plus. Skills Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data-related challenges. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. A passion for data-driven decision-making and a keen interest in leveraging AI and ML technologies to drive business insights. Previous experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, such as Microsoft Azure or AWS. Experience with version control systems, such as Git. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
