Scope:Enterprise web applications hosted on cloud infrastructure, supported through Kubernetes-based deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps toolchains for monitoring, automation, and production support.Our current technical environment:Software: Enterprise web applications based on monolithic architectureApplication Architecture: Monolithic architecture with tightly coupled services and componentsCloud Architecture: Cloud-hosted infrastructure (GCP and AWS) supporting production and non-production environmentsFrameworks/Others: Kubernetes for container orchestration, Docker for containerization, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab CI), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible), Monitoring and logging toolsWhat you’ll do:Manage and support non-production environments ensuring high availability and performanceHandle incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for production issuesMaintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable deploymentsSupport, manage, and enhance Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloadsAutomate operational tasks and improve system reliability through scripting and toolingCollaborate with development teams for releases, debugging, and performance optimizationEnsure monitoring, alerting, and logging coverage for all critical systemsParticipate in on-call rotation and provide timely support for production escalationsWhat we are looking for:Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related fieldYears of Experience: 2-3 YearsExperience inProduction support or site reliability engineering in cloud environmentsIncident management, troubleshooting, and RCA in live systemsCI/CD pipeline management and deployment processesExpertise inKubernetes cluster management and container orchestrationCloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and core services (compute, storage, networking)DevOps tools like Docker, Jenkins/GitLab CI, Terraform/AnsibleMonitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Datadog)Scripting/automation using Bash, Python, or similarAdd onStrong analytical and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environmentsGood communication and stakeholder management skillsOur ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
