Architecture

• Lead the design process for residential and commercial projects from concept development to construction documentation.
• Develop innovative and functional architectural solutions that meet client requirements, regulatory standards, and project goals.
• Create detailed architectural drawings, renderings, and models using CAD software and other relevant tools.

• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, address design issues, and ensure quality control.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and preferences for the project.
• Present design proposals, concepts, and progress updates to clients in a clear and professional manner.
• Address client feedback and incorporate changes to ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

• Stay updated on building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant guidelines to ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Incorporate sustainable design principles and best practices into architectural designs to promote environmental stewardship.

• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including engineers, interior designers, and landscape architects, to integrate various design elements into cohesive architectural solutions.
• Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on architectural design concepts, techniques, and best practices.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably with a focus on residential and commercial projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design creativity, technical proficiency, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Passion for innovative design, sustainability, and architectural excellence.
• Understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems.
• Experience working on projects in Bangalore or similar urban contexts is a plus.

• You have at least 2 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate.
• You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
