The Technical Architect will play a key role in shaping the project's technological strategy, aligning it with business objectives, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.This position demands a blend of hands-on technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership to guide teams through complex projects.Key Responsibilities:1. Solution Design and Architecture:Design scalable, efficient, and secure technical architectures that align with organizational goals.Evaluate business requirements and translate them into clear technical solutions.Define system integration strategies and ensure compatibility across platforms and services.Recommend and select the appropriate technology stack for each project.2. Leadership and Collaboration:Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.Provide architectural oversight during software development and implementation processes.Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and coding standards.Serve as the primary technical liaison between internal teams and external partners or clients.3. Technology Strategy:Drive innovation by staying updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices.Develop roadmaps for technology adoption and upgrades, ensuring systems remain competitive.Perform risk assessments of existing and proposed solutions and address performance, security, and scalability concerns.4. Quality Assurance and Optimization:Oversee and validate the technical aspects of development projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.Conduct code and design reviews to ensure compliance with best practices and guidelines.Identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.Technical Skills:Proven experience in architecture design and development of complex, enterprise-level systems.Expertise in [mention relevant technologies, e.g., cloud platforms (AWS), microservices, APIs, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), etc.].Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java) and frameworks (e.g., Spring, Angular, React).Proficient in database design, both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).Preferable Qualifications:Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Solution Architect, or Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect.Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
