  • Designing and setting up warehouse strategies and layouts for optimal space and cost efficiency
  • Managing multiple warehouse operations to deliver performance against SLAs

  • Formulating SOPs and implementing logistics software to maximize efficiency and compliance
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to solve operational challenges and deliver tailored logistics solutions

  • Leading with business acumen to align logistics operations with client and organizational goals.
Requirements:
  • Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred
  • 8-12 years of experience in contract logistics or 3PL operations
  • Proven background in warehouse management, space optimization, and supply chain execution
  • Strong understanding of SOP design, client onboarding, and logistics IT systems
  • Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and high ownership mindset
