In This Role, You Will:

Contribute directly to the evolution of framework features and capabilities that achieve improvement in resilience, scalability, security and product developer velocity.
Showcase strong architecture and design instincts in order to collaborate with technical leadership and other cross functional teams to develop and execute on roadmap.
Support consuming teams as they adopt, upgrade and utilize the development framework to create solutions.
Proactively stays ahead of emerging technologies and trends to anticipate future challenges and opportunities.
Consistently look for ways to remove friction to ensuring a desirable experience for our customers – the developer

Here's What You Need:Primary Skills:

B.Tech/Master in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
4 to 7 years of Software Development experience
Highly proficient in at least one object-oriented language: Java is a plus
Highly proficient in JavaScript or Typescript for web application development
Proficient in CI/CD concepts, knowing how to configure and manage pipelines to ensure that software updates are deployed quickly, safely and efficiently.
Some experience with AWS services including Cloudfront, ECS, S3, DynamoDB and others
Strong passion for Software development, and taking pride in your craft
Experience building framework libraries is a plus
Fluent in written and spoken English
Demonstrated ability to lead the adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve team productivity, while enforcing high standards for architecture, code quality, security, and maintainability

Preferred Skills:

Experience presenting ideas, techniques, or approaches to other team members
Experience in full stack development ranging from front-end user interfaces to backend systems
Experience with Node.js and Next.js
Experience with AWS
Experience with Nrwl/Nx
