We are looking for a Senior Staff Engineer or Engineering Manager with deep technical expertise and a strong leadership background to join our high-impact product team. The ideal candidate will bring a full-stack mindset with a focus on React, Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, and AWS, along with proven experience in architecting complex systems, leading engineering teams, and delivering scalable products.Key Responsibilities:
Architect, design, and build robust full-stack applicationsGuide the technical roadmap and influence the overall engineering strategyCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams – Product, Design, QA, DevOpsManage and mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce quality standardsEnsure high performance, security, and scalability of the tech stackStay updated with emerging technologies and drive innovationLead by example in solving challenging technical problemsRequired Skills & Qualifications:
