- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis, and develop corrective and preventive action plans
- Provide HSE training and awareness programs to employees and contractors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into operational activities
- Prepare and submit HSE reports to regulatory authorities and senior management
- Champion a culture of safety and environmental stewardship throughout the organization
- 3-7 years of experience in HSE
- Proven track record in HSE management
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
