- Dealer/ Distributor Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and dealers.
- Product Knowledge: Having in-depth knowledge of decorative paints, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate with customers.
- Reporting: Providing regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to higher management.
- Travel: Traveling within the assigned area to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and visit distributors.
- Market Expansion: Identifying new market segments and opportunities for business expansion.
