Post- Divisional ManagerDepartment- Decorative PaintsQualification: Graduation/ MBAexperience: 8 yrs. exp. at Paints and presently 5yrs. exp. with Team lead postJob description of Area Sales Manager * Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing a sales strategy for the assigned area to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Team Management: Leading and managing a team of sales representatives, ensuring they are motivated, well-trained, and meeting their individual targets.
  • Dealer/ Distributor Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and dealers.
  • Product Knowledge: Having in-depth knowledge of decorative paints, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Reporting: Providing regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to higher management.
  • Travel: Traveling within the assigned area to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and visit distributors.
  • Market Expansion: Identifying new market segments and opportunities for business expansion.
