Job DescriptionContracts engineer is responsible for Configuring and transferring the Customer orders with in the specified timeline without any errors.Role requires strong communication skills, problem solving skills to ensure contractual obligations are met while mitigating the risks.Key Responsibilities:
  • Review orders Commercially and check if all the terms of the PO are met against Rotork STD terms.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with Finance, Engg, sales and project team to resolve any contractual terms.
  • Review order Technically and ensure all the details provided by Sales are inline with requirement.
  • Assist and train Sales on technical information wherever needed.
  • Prepare reports of order status with remarks and performance analysis.
  • Create monthly reports for MOR and MRM
  • Review order change notes and modify the orders accordingly.
  • Periodic review of self KPI and ensure to complete within time frame.
  • Run reports in ERP and share it to sales on weekly/monthly basis.
QualificationsEssential skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering.
  • 6-8yrs of Experience in Contracts Management.
  • Experience in reviewing technical documentation.
  • Experience in reviewing Commercial terms of the orders
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for effectively expressing ideas to team members.
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office like Excel, Power point is a must.
Desired Skills:
  • Should have good experience in ERP.
  • Should have good communication skills.
  • Knowledge on Actuator or Valve is an added advantage.
