You will be responsible for designing, building, and managing automated workflows that streamline deployments, enhance quality, and accelerate time-to-market.ResponsibilitiesPlatform Installation and Configuration:· Install and configure MuleSoft platform components, including any point Platform, Cloud Hub, and API Manager.· Integrate CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, or Azure DevOps with the MuleSoft ecosystem.· Set up source code management and artifact repositories like Git and Artifactory/Nexus.· CI/CD Pipeline Design and Implementation:· Design and implement automated pipelines for building, testing, and deploying Mule applications.· Leverage build automation tools like Mule Maven Plugin and incorporates unit/integration testing frameworks.· Define and implement various deployment strategies (manual, rolling, blue-green, canary) based on business needs.Continuous Delivery Practices:· Implement API management strategies using any point Platform's API Manager for secure API exposure.· Integrate monitoring and observability tools like Cloud Hub Monitoring and Datadog to track application health and performance.· Establish automated rollback procedures for swift recovery in case of production issues.· Utilize feature flags for controlled rollout and risk mitigation of new features.Leadership and Collaboration:· Lead and mentor the DevOps team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.· Proactively identify and address bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization within the CI/CD pipelines.· Stay current with the latest DevOps trends and technologies related to MuleSoft and integrate them into the platform for improved efficiency.· Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of MuleSoft applications.Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications / Skills· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.· Relevant experience in DevOps automation and CI/CD pipeline implementation.· Proven experience working with MuleSoft platform (Any point Platform, Cloud Hub, API Manager).· Expertise in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, or Azure DevOps.· Strong understanding of building automation tools and testing frameworks.· Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.· Leadership experience and ability to mentor and motivate a team.Preferred Qualifications/ Skills· Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
