- Working as Shift Incharge and handling my team for required preventive & breakdown of mechanical and hydraulic maintenance of all machines and parts of 20 stand 2 high continuous type rolling mill.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of hydraulic.
- Pneumatic system maintenance.
- Integrated Maintenance system (Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Maintenance Control and Spares Management) for Gear Boxes, Roller table, Furnaces, Cooling Beds and Maintenance of Machines.
- Planning & Modification for reducing breakdown and to avoid delay times.
- Inspection of the equipment as per the Maintenance plans.
- Job Planning and material management.
