Performance Optimization:Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, and engagement rates.Optimize PMax campaigns using data insights, creative iterations, and audience targeting.Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad placements, and targeting to maximize impact.3. Budget Management:Plan, allocate, and manage advertising budgets across PMax and other Google Ads campaigns to ensure cost efficiency.Maintain a balance between experimentation with PMax features and achieving consistent performance. 4. Collaboration and Coordination:Partner with creative teams to design visually compelling and engaging ad assets for use across Performance Max and other campaigns.Work closely with product and analytics teams to ensure proper tracking and attribution via tools like Firebase, AppsFlyer, and Adjust.Collaborate with stakeholders to align on campaign strategies and performance goals. 5. Data Analysis and Reporting:Use tools like Google Ads Manager, Firebase, Google Analytics, and AppsFlyer to monitor and report on campaign performance.Provide stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign data, including PMax reports. 6. Stay Updated on Trends:Keep abreast of Performance Max (PMax) updates, Google Ads innovations, and industry trends in app promotion.Suggest innovative strategies leveraging PMax automation and machine learning capabilities.Key Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 4+ years in digital marketing with expertise in Google Ads, app promotion, and Performance Max campaigns. Expertise: Proven experience with PMax, Universal App Campaigns (UAC), and audience segmentation. Tools Knowledge:Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Firebase, and app tracking tools like AppsFlyer or Adjust. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret PMax insights and campaign metrics for continuous improvement.
