Electrical Modelling & Detailing Onsite

• We are looking for engineers with 5-7 years of relevant experience in design with proficiency in Creo, Teamcenter, SAP (working knowledge), preferably with experience in Genset design or engine/automotive/machine design experiences.
• Looking for resource from Mechanical Background

• Ability to work independently on 3D/2D Design software & PLM software.
• Must have working knowledge of Creo, Creo Simulate & Teamcenter.
• Application of GD&T and tolerance stack up.
• Good Understanding of foundational areas of Mechanical Design.
• Working knowledge in one or more of the following- Structural components like Baseframe, Enclosure, Cooling System, Air & Exhaust systems or similar engine or machine systems.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skill.
• Must be a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

• Order Analysis & Planning

• Review genset configurations and PVR(Special parts) scope.
• Understand dealer requirements and communicate lead times.
• Reference & Procurement Support

• Compare with previous orders.
• Identify long lead items for timely procurement.
• Design Compatibility & Validation

• Ensure mechanical parts fit genset customizations.
• Coordinate with suppliers for CAD models and specifications.
• Virtual Validation (FEA)

• Perform simple static and modal simulations.
• Collaborate with design teams to optimize based on results.
• Analyze data, document findings, and improve methodologies.
• Solve engineering issues using FEA and validate with test data.
• Documentation & Coordination

• Maintain Add/Delete lists.
• Ensure drawing releases via Teamcenter with EDCI support.
• Quality & Costing

• Conduct BIQ and peer QC checks.
• Validate part availability, pricing, and feasibility.
• Coordinate with procurement and suppliers for costing.
• Customer & Team Communication

• Clarify requirements with sales and team leads.
• Prepare costing sheets for PVR validation or creation.
