strategic leadership role with direct team responsibility, where you will ensure world-class
execution, drive process excellence, and enable growth in one of India’s most dynamic
consumer categories.You will collaborate with leadership, sourcing, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to
ensure the right product is available at the right time and cost, while continuously
improving systems and processes.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Ownership- Own the end-to-end supply chain for private brands across e-commerce channels.
- Define and execute supply chain strategy in alignment with growth and seasonal priorities.
- Drive data-driven demand and inventory planning to ensure availability while minimizing
excess and obsolescence.Team Leadership- Lead and mentor a team managing billing, distribution, logistics, and inventory operations.
- Build capability in the team for process optimization, automation, and analytics.
- Foster a culture of ownership, agility, and continuous improvement.Operational Excellence- Ensure order fulfillment SLAs by aligning warehouse, billing, and logistics teams.
- Optimize dock hit planning, dispatch cycles, and turnaround times (TAT).
- Partner with logistics providers to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen last-
mile delivery performance.Performance & Transformation- Develop and track KPIs for inventory, returns, billing accuracy, and supply chain cost
efficiency.
- Identify process gaps and lead initiatives for automation and system enhancements
(ERP/WMS/SAP).
- Manage returns, damages, and slow-moving stock to protect business profitability.Cross-functional Leadership- Collaborate with sourcing, sales, and finance to ensure smooth product launches,
promotions, and demand-supply alignment.- Act as the single point of accountability for e-commerce supply chain performance across
channels.What We’re Looking For:- 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or e-commerce, with at least 2 years
in a leadership/team management role.
- MBA from a Tier 1/Tier 2 B-school preferred.
- Strong expertise in inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics for e-commerce
channels.
- Analytical and data-driven, comfortable with Excel, SQL/BigQuery, and BI dashboards.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to set up scalable processes, manage ambiguity, and deliver under pressure
during peak demand cycles.
