Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fundraising Manager at Calcutta Foundation in Kolkata. The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with fundraising such as identifying and cultivating major donors, researching and applying to grants, developing communication strategies and materials, developing programs within existing foundation framework and managing annual giving campaigns. Additionally, the Fundraising Manager will work with other team members to develop and implement philanthropic goals and strategies. Qualifications Experience with major donor identification and cultivation Experience in nonprofit fundraising, developing and managing CSR partnerships and grant writing Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Knowledge of philanthropy and charities Experience with annual giving campaigns An understanding of the social context in India and experience in India-based nonprofit organizations Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as non-profit management or business administration Ability to work collaboratively with teams and lead a team of fundraisers
