We are looking for a Natural Born Hustler for Craft Co. Someone who is ready to step up, lead and deliver ambitious Innovation agendas across major categories and brands as well as lead key Strategic Initiatives on the broader portfolio. This is a critical role within the overall Innovation & R&D group and will require an ability to manage a multitude of innovation programs at a pace, scale and quality that unlock growth for the company. They will be responsible for deep collaboration with cross-functional teams across Demand, Supply and Global Brand Teams in order to successfully deliver products from concept through to commercialization and sustained launch. Purpose Of Role Seeking highly-motivated, creative and entrepreneurially-driven individual who will be a key player on the dynamic and fast-paced India Craft & New Growth Engines team. As a Natural Born Hustler for Craft Co, this person will be responsible for the following activities: Owns the roadmap for multi-generational craft expressions & new growth opportunities Owns the concept, process, techniques and IP for the entire portfolio of offerings Owns the roadmap for Godawan scale across India and the globe Owns the development and seed/pilot model for new growth opportunities. RTD, Non-Alc, Experiences to name a few Is digitally forward, and is absolutely meticulous about building deep rooted consumer experiences Is able to work in tandem with the Master Blender to deliver a well thought-out series of expressions across brown and white spirits. This includes the ability to: Plan for inventories Plan for production capacities Roadmap for the latest CAPEX investments required for top notch grain to glass delivery Plan for supply continuity Plan for business exigencies And, finally own the delivery of each of the expressions that match consumers' discerning interests Is competent with constructing business models, new partnerships with strategic third parties and is exposed to endorsement structures Apart from being a pivotal part of the agile team, the Natural Born Hustler will also play a key role in strategic planning for the larger business needs across all DIAGEO India categories of spirits Last but not the least, is a leader who can groom leaders. Is capable of identifying the right talent, grooming people and establishing a lasting culture built around meritocracy, agility, integrity, execution and a fighting spirit Top Assets The role is responsible for leading and delivering critical components of Indian Innovation Agenda as well as Strategic Initiatives - specifically focused on Craft Co and New Growth Businesses. This Includes Lead the Craft and New Growth Engines team Responsible for envisioning, creating and executing long-term innovation strategies that drive new occasions, recruit consumers or drive brand love for Craft Co and new growth opportunities. Strategy development and concept creation must be grounded in deep consumer, culture, category and business insight Ability to lead product commercialization with supply, local India market teams and global teams for international launches, utilizing a deep understanding of Supply and Technical processes Brilliant consumer judgment and flair that drives strong launch planning and marketing development.
