WD Product Designer

• Conduct user research and competitor analysis to inform design strategies.
• Translate research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and detailed visual designs.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align on business and technical requirements.

• Design scalable, intuitive product experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Own the full design lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency.

• Work closely with service designers, researchers, and developers to deliver cohesive experiences.
• Communicate design decisions clearly through storytelling and rationale.
• Use prototypes to convey product-line concepts, narratives, and value propositions.

• Validate solutions through usability testing and data analysis.
• Iterate designs based on customer feedback, business needs, and performance metrics.

• Bachelor's/Master's in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in product design or a related UX/UI role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, including user workflows, UI designs, and prototypes.
• Proficient in Figma, Mural, and design/prototyping tools.
• Deep understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and accessibility.

• Experience in digital commerce, fintech, or SaaS products.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance user-centric design with business constraints.
