- To support in creating business development vertical growth plan and to drive revenue generating initiatives as per vision of the company.
- Contribute towards achieving Yearly Operating business development Plan in line with the overall business growth as per budgeted targets
- To initiate prefab products business development opportunities and drive estimated growth.
- Explore new business new product lines, in new territories to grow pan locations and drive trading business products diversification for Admixture and Additives etc.
- Initiate and target new business development with Gross profit 10% plus and with PAT 6% plus
- Ensure monthly travel plan of 15 days, with detail plan for meetings, customers, new market customers and present MIS for visits plans versus actual performance and ROI
- To support vertical head to implement BD, Sales and Operations interventions to strengthen alignment with projects operations, execution, quality and cost etc.
- Support vertical head to undertake activities to increase sales and new projects ensuring gross margins, to overlook projects operational KPI’s terms of cost, measures, TAT etc.
- Set and review mechanism of monitoring actual v/s budgeted for overall business development growth, ROI analysing variances and taking timely corrective actions.
- Plan and monitor daily/weekly and monthly business development schedules as per delivery plan to ensure that the targets are met and corrective actions.
- Develop strong relationship with Key account management by catering solutions that meet their requirement and build sustainable relationship with existing and new contractors.
- Support development and implementation of the policies, systems, processes, SOPs
- To participate in estimation preparation for tender’s for business on pan India basis
- To keep update on market intelligence of new trends, business opportunities and products, share with management for timely decisions and investment in business growth.
- Drive new business – Sales and Expansion- analyse business potential and targets YOY for existing and new projects, represent in events, meets, and build networking plans to grow business
- Any other business-related activities assigned from time to time
- 12+ years of professional experience in building and construction industry, having exposure in managing business development.
- Project feasibility analysis, estimation, biddings, Client handling and Sales development in Ready Mix Industry or businesses
- strong communication and Client interactions exposure
- Excellent stakeholder management and networking skills
- BE (Civil), PG in Marketing and Sales
- Additional qualification in Business Management
