This position will require strong leadership, technical, and organizational skills to meet production targets, maintain quality standards, and promote a safe working environment. Key Responsibilities: Production Supervision: Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the production floor, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and meet production targets. Quality Control: Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure that all HVAC products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations. Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower, machinery, and materials, to optimize production output while minimizing waste and costs. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce. Safety Compliance: Enforce and promote a culture of safety within the production department, ensuring that all employees adhere to safety protocols and regulations. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate production processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control and materials management, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing excess inventory. Production Scheduling: Collaborate with the production planning team to develop and maintain production schedules that align with customer demand and company objectives.
