The Logistics and Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for daily tasks related to demand planning, supply management, inventory management, and procurement. They will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and effective management of the company's logistics and supply chain operations. Responsibilities Overseeing the procurement, storage, and distribution of goods to ensure optimal inventory levels. Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Managing warehouse operations, including layout design, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. Implementing best practices to maximize space utilization. Identifying potential risks, and designing contingency plans to mitigate disruptions. Continuously evaluating existing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. Implementing efficiency measures, automation, and technology solutions to streamline operations and reduce costs. Assessing and mitigating risks associated with supply chain operations, such as supplier disruptions, transportation delays, or natural disasters. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing logistics and supply chain operations. Analyzing data and generating reports to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
