Location : Near Indira Nagar, BengaluruSalary - OpenCandidates from Kerala preferredWe are seeking a highly creative and visionary Art Director to lead our design team and drive visual excellence across all creative projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the artistic direction of campaigns, branding, and digital assets to align with client objectives and brand strategy. You will collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and marketing professionals to deliver captivating, cohesive, and impactful visual storytelling.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the creative execution of design projects from concept to completion.
  • Develop visual direction, themes, and concepts for branding, advertising, web, print, and multimedia design.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand brand guidelines, marketing goals, and project requirements.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of designers, illustrators, and junior art staff.
  • Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics to ensure high-quality output.
  • Stay updated with design trends, technologies, and tools to bring fresh perspectives.
  • Present creative proposals and pitch ideas to clients or stakeholders.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of visual style guides and asset libraries.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in a design studio or creative agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction and visual storytelling.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and relevant design tools.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for innovative design.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with motion graphics, UI/UX, or animation is a plus.
  • Knowledge of photography, video production, and print production processes.
  • Experience in client-facing roles or creative presentations.
