This position is responsible to monitoring stock levels and overseeing the movement of incoming and outgoing goods. They are detail–focused and use computers to manage the inventory databases under their control. They usually work in a storage facility for transport and logistics organisations.Supervising the loading and unloading activities with safely and timely manner.
Supervising the warehouse and logistics operation and ensure must be carried out activities with safety protocols in a warehouse.
To be manage and plan space and resources according to priority of task.
Good knowledge in inwards/outwards documents, process and its importance and implications.
Knowledge of ERP system for goods receipt, dispatch document and related transactions.
Provide timely feedback and update to customer service and logistics executive/manager in case of unusual delays expected.
Maintaining the MIS/DSR and communicate with stake holder time to time.
This position is responsible for warehouse management, like optimum utilization of space and ensure the materials in the warehouse can also be accounted for throughout the whole supply chain process.
