Administer contracts to ensure compliance and resolve any disputes that may arise. Cost Control: Implement strategies to control costs and minimize project overruns, identifying and addressing cost variances in a timely manner. Value Engineering: Identify opportunities for value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising quality or functionality. Risk Management: Assess and mitigate financial risks associated with construction projects, including changes in scope, market conditions, and unforeseen circumstances. Progress Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports for project stakeholders, highlighting key cost-related metrics and providing recommendations for cost optimization. Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring that all changes are properly documented, approved, and communicated to relevant parties.
