- Develop and deliver lesson plans aligned with the prescribed curriculum for Hindi language and literature.
- Design interactive and inclusive classroom activities to enhance students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in Hindi.
- Assess student performance through regular tests, assignments, projects, and oral evaluations; provide timely and constructive feedback.
- Utilize digital learning platforms and multimedia resources to enrich instruction and support diverse learning styles.
- Foster a positive and respectful classroom environment that promotes active participation, cultural appreciation, and linguistic confidence.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members and department heads to align teaching strategies and support cross-curricular learning.
- Participate in professional development workshops, staff meetings, and school events to contribute to institutional growth.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and academic achievements.
- Engage in curriculum review and suggest improvements based on student outcomes and evolving educational standards.
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Master of Arts (MA) in Hindi, along with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in Hindi.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a formal educational setting, preferably at the secondary or senior secondary level.
- Strong command of spoken and written Hindi, with a deep understanding of grammar, vocabulary, and literary traditions.
- Proven ability to design and implement effective lesson plans and assessments.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and learning management systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Commitment to student-centered learning and continuous professional development.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing educational needs.
