Design fixtures for PCBA manufacturing and PCB panel array design.
Create SOPs for product manufacturing and provide support to manufacturing facilities to improve efficiency.
Support Cycle time estimation study and NRE estimation (NRE) estimation for Request for Quote (RFQ) preparation.
Create Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis for New product.
Aptitude to work with a multi-functional team to define requirements and suitable metrics for the performance of new products and process.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Bachelor’s degree – ECE / EEE / Mechanical with 0 – 2 years of experience in manufacturing industry preferably in EMS Industry.
Should have extensive knowledge of IPC standards and the ability to understand customer specifications from manufacturing instructions and assembly drawings.
Hands-on experience with 3DCAD software products including SolidWorks, Cre-O, Inventor, and so on.
Knowledge & direct experience in NPI operations and manufacturing engineering.
Able to perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
Experience with Continuous Process Improvement, Kanban and Lean manufacturing principals.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic startup environment.
Work with other engineering team members to improve existing design or Process.
Knowledge of MS office and MS outlook.
Excellent written and oral communication skills MANDATORY.
Good analytical skills.
Reporting & Decision-making skills.
Should be open for shifts.
