  • Proven experience in chemical sales (Mandatory skill), showcasing the ability to effectively promote and sell chemical products to meet customer needs.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, enabling informed decision-making and strategic sales planning based on market trends and customer insights.
  • Experience with Salesforce for managing customer relationships, tracking sales, and optimizing customer engagement processes.
  • Expertise in lead generation techniques to identify and cultivate potential sales opportunities through various channels and strategies.
  • Skilled in negotiation techniques to successfully close deals and establish beneficial terms for both company and clients.
  • Knowledgeable in pipeline management practices to efficiently oversee and progress sales opportunities from lead to close.
  • Exceptional customer engagement skills, fostering strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Drive sales initiatives in the assigned region, focusing on the promotion and sale of chemical products to achieve set targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and enhance the company's competitive position.
