Job Description:Design & PlanningDevelop design concepts, schematic drawings, working drawings, and detailed layouts for projects.Ensure designs are functional, cost-effective, and aligned with project requirements and company vision.Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants.Regulatory & ApprovalsPrepare and submit drawings for statutory approvals as per local development control rules (DCR) and bye-laws.Ensure compliance with building codes, RERA, fire norms, and environmental regulations.Liaise with government authorities/liaison teams for necessary sanctions (IOD, CC, OC, etc.).Project CoordinationWork closely with the project head, engineering, and construction teams during execution.Conduct site visits to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained.Resolve on-site design issues and provide technical guidance to teams.Client & Stakeholder InterfaceInteract with clients, senior management, and consultants to present and finalize designs.Incorporate feedback from stakeholders into design deliverables.
