*Sales Executive – Bareilly/Lucknow(Residential Projects)**Department* : Sales & Marketing - Lucknow*Reports* To: Sales Head - LucknowLocations:Budget: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)*Job Summary:*Drive residential solar EPC sales by identifying prospects, delivering customized proposals, and converting leads to successful installations in the UP region.*Key Responsibilities:*
  • Conduct site assessments and explain system feasibility to clients
  • Present proposals and close deals with homeowners, builders, and small businesses
  • Maintain database of inquiries and track lead status
  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Assist in branding activities, roadshows, and exhibitions
  • Collect customer feedback and hand over to execution team post-sale
*Requirements:*
  • Graduate with 1–3 years in field sales
  • Experience in solar, real estate, or energy industry is preferred
  • Own vehicle and willingness to travel locally
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
