- Lead the generation of sales leads by researching, targeting, and opening new customer opportunities (Hunting).
- Build an inside sales function and yet be hands-on.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop strategies for identifying new business opportunities.
- Prepare a prospect list and create detailed account profiles to support lead generation activities.
- Engage prospective customers through multiple channels including Email, Cold Calling, and LinkedIn.
- Develop targeted messaging to effectively engage prospective contacts and accounts.
- Schedule and coordinate introductory calls to qualify leads and ensure alignment with sales objectives.
- Ensure CRM is regularly updated with all lead-generation activities and progress.
- Monitor and track metrics to achieve yearly SQL and revenue targets.
- Work with the Sales team to align on pipeline strategy and qualification criteria.
- B2B Lead Generation Experience: Proven experience in generating leads and qualifying prospects in the North American market.
- Sales Leadership: Previous experience in a sales leadership role with a focus on lead generation and sales strategy.
- Software Sales Experience: Experience in selling Software Products/Services/Solutions is essential.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Presentation & Listening Skills: Ability to listen actively and present effectively to prospects.
- Time Management & Multi-tasking: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- CRM & Microsoft Office Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
