The consultancy i to start in 2024 and go to 2029.
Our client is looking for a number of key people including the Project Director who will be responsible for
- Overall management, coordination, ensuring compliance with the contract and liaison with senior management of
the Client Patna Metro Rail Corporation Limited
- Leading the detailed design task team.
- Ensuring all deliverables are prepared in accordance with quality and time constraints.
- Communicating with the Client and report to JV member firms.
- Assisting the proper coordination among other experts of his team and their interfacing with the Client.
- Providing the assistance to the client whenever and wherever required sorting out any problem or
issuing for the smooth implementation of the project.
- Assisting the client in ensuring timely completion of the project through regular monitoring.
- Reviewing and Finalization of Tender documents
- Assisting the Client in bid issue, pre-bid conference, response to the bidder"s questions, prepare the Addendums if
necessary.
- Interface management between respective disciplines.
- Management of pandemic situations like COVID-19 and related activities.
- Review of the Planning Management of the respective disciplines and providing inputs to the Client for planning
management.Job Requirements- Graduate in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in Infrastructure projects 25 years or more.
- Experience in Metro/Rail Projects: 10 years or more.
