You will oversee the execution of complex cybersecurity programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high‑quality, and secure delivery. Project Leadership: Manage end‑to‑end delivery of multiple cybersecurity projects.
Team Management: Mentor and grow a high-performing cyber delivery team.
Client Engagement: Serve as the primary cyber delivery liaison, ensuring exceptional client experience.
Presales & Business Development: Drive RFPs, proposals, solutioning, and orals.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate security, delivery, and budget risks.
Resource Allocation: Balance team capacity and project requirements effectively.
Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to internal standards and industry best practices.
Continuous Improvement: Implement process enhancements and adopt emerging technologies.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records and project dashboards.

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
20+ years of cybersecurity experience, including 5+ years in leadership/delivery roles
Proven success delivering large-scale enterprise cybersecurity programs
Strong understanding of cyber transformation, IAM, privacy, TPRM, and frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR
Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, PMP
Expertise in technologies such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Security, Google Security
Excellent communication, stakeholder management & negotiation abilities
Ability to operate in high‑velocity, dynamic environments
