Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager / Sales Director to spearhead our new client acquisition efforts. This is a critical role where you will own the entire sales cycle-from initial outreach to closing deals-while engaging with senior marketing and growth leaders at B2B organizations globally. If you're passionate about consultative selling and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:- Own and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.- Identify and engage with key decision-makers within SaaS, IT, and other B2B sectors.- Design and execute multi-channel outbound sales strategies (email, LinkedIn, cold calling).- Qualify prospects and deliver tailored pitches for our demand generation services- Maintain accurate sales data in CRM systems and consistently meet/exceed monthly and quarterly targets.- Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs and market trends.Requirements:- 4-8+ years of proven B2B sales experience (preferably within a lead generation or digital agency environment).- Demonstrated success in selling to mid-market and enterprise-level clients- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.- Strong knowledge of outbound marketing, ABM, and sales enablement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.).- Self-driven, target-focused, and adaptable to a high-performance sales culture.
