We are now investing in building an internal engineering capability to accelerate automation, performance, and innovation across our platforms.Position SummaryWe are building a next-generation AI ecosystem to transform how we operate and deliver value to our clients. We are looking for an AI Project Manager who can bridge the gap between business needs and AI-driven solutions. Someone who can take ideas from concept to execution.You will sit at the intersection of LDM’s engineering, product, and operational teams, applying deep technical expertise to solve complex, real-world problems. This is a highly entrepreneurial role with significant autonomy, where you will directly influence LDM Global's internal methodologies and client outcomes as we accelerate our cloud and AI strategy.Key Responsibilities

Partner with internal stakeholders and business leaders to identify AI opportunities and define problem statements

Translate business requirements into clear AI/ML use cases and project plans

Work closely with engineering, data, and product teams to drive end-to-end execution of AI initiatives

Build and validate prototypes/POCs to test feasibility and impact

Manage multiple AI projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes

Define success metrics, track performance, and continuously optimize deployed solutions

Stay updated on latest AI trends and recommend innovative applications within the organization

Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience

5–10 years of experience in project management, product management, or consulting, preferably in tech/AI environments

Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, automation, and data-driven solutions

Experience in managing cross-functional teams (engineering, data, business)

Ability to create prototypes using tools like Python, no-code/low-code AI tools, or APIs (OpenAI, etc.)

Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Good to Have

Experience with Generative AI, NLP, or automation tools

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Hands-on exposure to tools like Power BI, SQL, or basic scripting

Consulting background with experience in process transformation or digital initiatives
