- Partner with internal stakeholders and business leaders to identify AI opportunities and define problem statements
- Translate business requirements into clear AI/ML use cases and project plans
- Work closely with engineering, data, and product teams to drive end-to-end execution of AI initiatives
- Build and validate prototypes/POCs to test feasibility and impact
- Manage multiple AI projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
- Define success metrics, track performance, and continuously optimize deployed solutions
- Stay updated on latest AI trends and recommend innovative applications within the organization
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- 5–10 years of experience in project management, product management, or consulting, preferably in tech/AI environments
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, automation, and data-driven solutions
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams (engineering, data, business)
- Ability to create prototypes using tools like Python, no-code/low-code AI tools, or APIs (OpenAI, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with Generative AI, NLP, or automation tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Hands-on exposure to tools like Power BI, SQL, or basic scripting
- Consulting background with experience in process transformation or digital initiatives
