The Senior Manager, Automation will be a key member of our Test Automation CoE with primary focus on creating Test automation solutions
SM will be leading teams that will be responsible for innovative automation solutions across the QE organisations.
This role will go from ideation to MVP and maintain existing roadmaps to evolve our solutions.
This will be a combination of both a business and product role; this role includes solving customer pain points to meet their automation goals, applying innovative technology, running experiences and proof of technology, and working cross functionalities

Must Have skills

15 + years of experience in automation consulting position using Java, Selenium, Rest Assured, Postman, Git, Jenkins
Hands on experience in building, scaling, migrating, and maintaining automation frameworks
Handled large scale automation transformation programs for clients from varying domains and geos.
Create roadmaps in test automation to lead to future state
Craft and pioneer solutions related to Test automation
Focus on today's customer problems related to automation, with an eye out for the future
Build stronger automation teams and mentor them towards excellence
Ensure decisions are made using data to prioritize and solve for problems
Apply new technologies to real world in-store customer problems while balancing the cost to scale
Work with product, technology, and design to engineer automation solutions in short cycle times
Exposure and experience in architecting Gen AI initiatives towards test automation
Test automation experience on Core Banking applications like Temenos T24, FIS, Finacle, etc.
Test automation experience on Investment banking modules like Investment platforms, portfolio management, Fund accounting and Advisory
Domain experience in Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth and Asset Management, Investment products, Payments, Mortgages and Loans
