- Foster Collaborative Relationships: Build strong, collaborative relationships with vendors to drive mutual benefit and growth.
- Measure and Evaluate Performance: Regularly assess vendor performance using established KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide Feedback and Support: Offer constructive feedback and support to vendors to help them improve and grow.
