Find what drives you on a team with a more than 75-year history of discovery, determination, and innovation.The Manager, Enterprise Technology is responsible for Managing resources and workload, delivering projects on time with quality, developing strategic road map and collaborate with cross functional teams. This position reports to the Director, Enterprise Applications and is part of the Information Technology located in Pune, India and will be an on-site role.In this role you will have the opportunity to:

Collaborate with IT leads and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and design SAP solutions that align with business needs. Develop architecture diagrams and technical design documents.
Design and develop the integration of S4 HANA systems with other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and seamless functionality across different platforms.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in SAP systems. Provide guidance and support to resolve critical incidents.
Build and sustain employee engagement by creating a culture of efficient execution and an environment in which individuals and teams can excel and continuously improve; establish an effective technical and leadership development plan.
Stay updated with the latest SAP trends, technologies, and best practices. Identify opportunities to enhance existing processes and systems.
Manage a dedicated team of on-shore and off-shore managed service resources in support of multiple core business systems.
Design conformity to, and perform procedures to support Compliance requirements (SOX, ISO, and others)

The essential requirements of the job include:

BS / BA degree from an accredited University
7+ years of ABAP Exp with BTP and Integration & 3+ years of people management exp
Ability to work with IT and business executives to develop, successfully implement and support strategic business solutions.
Prior experience in managing SAP upgrade projects from planning to execution including change management and post go-live support.
Hands on experience in developing objects in SAP S4 environment with clean core.
Experience in SAP BTP with knowledge of configuring services
Experience in developing webservices (REST and SOAP) in SAP & O data services to support Fiori

Travel Requirements:

Up to 20% of travel including international.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Experience and understanding of AMDP and CDS etc. is added advantage.
Experience in developing custom FIORI application, HTML5, JavaScript and XML/JSON
