Job Description:Key Duties / Responsibilities: In charge of all berthing, shifting, hauling, docking, undocking and transferring vessel activities on dry berth. Review docking plans for technical adequacy, check the hull contours and structural members of vessel to define proper placement of lifting blocks. Develop blocking configuration for all vessel handled. Identify training needs of subordinates and enable them develop skills required. In addition execute any other jobs/tasks as assigned from time to time. In charge of maintenance of dredging at Ship lift. Create infrastructure facility to meet the operational demand of the shipyard. Execute the marine services like crane, workboats, transporter and docking & un-docking operation. Execute Ship-transfer system operation during docking / undocking. Review Sub-contracting activity and Infrastructure related activity at Ship lift. R&R worker management. Training and development of subordinates. In addition execute any other jobs/tasks as assigned from time to time.
