We are looking for a Dynamic and mottivated Sales and Service Engineer to manage sales , servicing , and customer support for tablet tooling ( punches and dies ) used in pharmaceutical tablet compression . Develop and manage sales of tablet tooling ( punches , dies and accessories ) . Identify new business opportunities in pharmaceutical , nutraceutical , and allied industries . Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business . Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers .Key Responsibilities :1.) Sales & Business Development : Generate new leads , build customer relationships , deliver technical presentations , and prepare detailed proposals to meet sales targets2.) Technical Support & Service : Install , commission , and perform preventive maintenance on equipment according to manufacturer specifications3.) Troubleshooting & Repairs : Diagnose technical issues , provide remote or on - site support , and resolve customer complaints promptly4.) Product Expertise : Act as the technical expert to advise clients on product applications , adaptations , and improvements5.) Customer Training : Train client staff on equipment operation , safety regulations and maintenance procedures6.)
