As a ServiceNow Industry Expert in the Digital Workplace Solutions group, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and launching customer-centric ServiceNow offerings and assisting with industry deal solutioning. This position requires a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of ServiceNow and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to bring innovative solutions to market.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Management:

Plan, execute, and oversee DWS ServiceNow offerings, including scope definition, timeline management, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
Develop and maintain detailed roadmaps and reports to ensure all stakeholders are informed of progress and milestones.

Stakeholder Coordination and Solutioning:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations, to align project goals with business objectives.
Act as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations management. This includes being the SME for industry deal solutioning.

Budget and Resource Management:

Ensure cost control and manage resources effectively to deliver projects within financial constraints.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:

Establish KPIs to measure success and track progress against goals.
Prepare and present status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Own and drive business growth
