They have successfully represented various international clients in offshore jack up rigs projects for ONGC. ADIL provides timely support with crew and materials for contract execution. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Offshore Installation Manager located in Mumbai. The Offshore Installation Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing offshore rig operations, including offshore wind projects, offshore construction, oil & gas industry projects, and subsea engineering. They will ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and timely project execution. Qualifications Experience in offshore wind projects, offshore construction, and subsea engineering Should have at least 3 years of experience in offshore rig operations and management Should have all the relevant valid certifications and experience Should have a valid OIM license, Stability, IWCF, IADC rig pass, BOSIET and H2S certification Strong understanding of offshore operations Excellent leadership and management skills Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, and OIM course certification
