Lead function/functions in DC SSD Firmware Work with architecture, simulation, development, validation, ODT and all cross functional teams to plan and deliver Firmware as per plan Work with all cross functional teams to plan and lead DC SSD programs Planning would include bottoms up planning and execute in agile framework with milestone and exit criteria Have good understanding of SSD architecture and design to identify risk and develop mitigations to deliver as per plan Should be able to keep commonality across different programs and sites by asking/looking for it Should be able to hire best in class team, retain & motivate them with to build high quality teams Should be able to understand technical details and work as technical leader along with team Strong DC SDD knowledge in areas of FE, FTL and BE Firmware Should have worked and managed design/development/SSD Firmware/development Hands-on-experience in as many areas as possible: NVME, FTL, NAND media(SLC, MLC, TLC QLC), controller design Should have worked on development products grounds up Strong written and verbal communication skill Ability and track record to work across teams and geography BS/MS in computer science or related and experience of at-least 20 years of experience Should have managed multiple teams
