Job Description:3 years of min. experience in Design and Analysis of Gear Box .work location - Japan onsite (immediate requirement).Key Responsibilities: * Design and analyze gearbox and transmission systems using Transmission3D software (ANSOL).

Perform gear calculations including strength, durability, efficiency, and life estimation.
Conduct detailed analysis of gear geometry, contact stress, bending stress, and lubrication.
Develop and optimize gearbox designs based on project requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and testing.
Support prototype development, validation, and testing activities.
Troubleshoot and improve existing gearbox designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design of gearboxes/transmissions.
Hands-on experience in design and analysis using Transmission3D (analysis software provided by ANSOL).
Strong understanding of gear design principles and mechanical systems.
Experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or Creo.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in aerospace product design is preferred.

Knowledge of NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) analysis.
Experience with FEA tools is an advantage.
