- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with frontend, operations, and product teams to enhance production work and drive growth initiatives.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track company growth and inform strategic decision-making.
- Provide actionable insights through regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders, addressing pain points and driving improvements in the shopping experience.
- Assist in presales activities, including proposal preparation and client coordination, to secure new business opportunities.
- Evaluate business processes, predict requirements, and implement solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Create mock wireframes or screens using Figma to visualize proposed solutions and facilitate project alignment.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a product-based company.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Google Data Studio.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies is advantageous.
