- Oversee and provide assistance to various company departments, including Store Operations, Retail Facilities, Accounting, and Licensing, by reviewing lease documents and files to ensure company and department obligations are met and resolving any landlord-related issues.
- Manage the purchase order process, identifying potential discrepancies and reporting them to the Project Manager for review, while also tracking expenses.
- Coordinate, manage, and report on emergency situations.
- Develop and maintain budgets for each store project and generate weekly and monthly reports.
- Attend weekly construction meetings and proactively escalate concerns or compliance issues.
- Adhere to enterprise-wide policies, guidelines, and project management discipline, and coordinate and report on various Program Management Dashboard reports for review with Senior Management.
- Maintain databases and reports on portfolio and project performance, status, timeliness of execution, and budget actuals.
- Execute strategies for the day-to-day administration, network operation, and compliance of Network Real Estate functions.
- Assist the Real Estate Manager in tracking budget expenses and maintain tenant, vendor, and property files in accordance with prescribed standards.
- Support lease administration activities and partner with internal project stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain logs, spreadsheets, charts, and databases to track the progress of work and keep the client informed.
- Minimum 5 years of prior experience in commercial real estate, legal, or property management.
- Prior Real Estate Industry experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences and adapt quickly to support different customers.
- High school diploma, some college, or trade certifications in relevant areas, such as project management, construction estimating, engineering, or finance.
- Advanced skills in Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint preferred, with demonstrated ease in systems, processes, and data management.
- Affinity with construction and proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to organize and administer complex construction processes and act as a liaison for site leadership.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving/distribution activities, as required.
