As we expand aggressively into online learning, our websites are the core engine for leads, trust, and conversions.We are looking for a freelance Product Designer (Conversion Specialist) who can optimize our websites for higher conversions, better user experience, and stronger trust-building.Role OverviewYou will take full ownership of auditing, redesigning, and optimizing our websites and landing pages to ensure that every visitor has a seamless, high-converting experience. You'll work closely with our internal Design Lead, development team, and marketing team to deliver data-driven improvements.Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a full UX/CRO audit of our main websites (Web D School, ZuperKidz, ViSA, MaxEdge).
- Set up/interpret GA4, Hotjar (or similar tools), heatmaps, user journey tracking.
- Identify drop-off points and design actionable fixes.
- Create conversion-focused wireframes, prototypes, and landing page layouts.
- Test and iterate designs using A/B testing & usability studies.
- Work with our dev team (HTML/CSS/WordPress) for implementation.
- Ensure trust signals, CTAs, and chatbot flows are optimized for lead generation.
- Deliver weekly progress reports on experiments and conversion impact.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Product Designer / UX Designer / CRO Specialist.
- Strong portfolio showing conversion-focused projects (landing pages, websites, funnels).
- Hands-on with GA4, Hotjar, heatmaps, and usability testing.
- Solid skills in wireframing, prototyping, and UI design (Figma/Sketch/XD).
- Understanding of marketing funnels and lead-generation psychology.
- Ability to work independently, deliver fast, and communicate clearly.
- Freelance / Contract role (initial 3 months, extendable).
- Expected time: ~20-25 hours per week.
